About Shail Wadhwa

Shail Wadhwa migrated to Australia as a student in 1995. Working in various leadership roles in Hospitality, Retail, Telco for Small and Medium Businesses, Finance and Real Estate has honed his skill set, knowledge, and confidence.

Transitioning as a self-employed expert, his repertoire of property knowledge was further strengthened by trial and error when investing in property himself. He realised the misinformation and complexity of real estate and became a mentor and guide for first time investors in real estate.

After completing a real estate certificate and a diploma in real estate, Shail worked from a position of care. His passion towards investment properties as an investment strategist also helped build his own portfolio while helping others realise wealth creation.

During his tenure of association with an investment property company, he decided to add value to his clients as a buyer’s agent, and that has filled a gap that his clients will vouch for. Property and lending are intrinsic to the Australian real estate market, and thus, mortgage broking became his zeitgeist. Armed with certificate 4, and a diploma in mortgage broking, he has created a successful mortgage broking business - helping families choosing the right product, loan structure and the best customer practices.

A thorough professional, Shail goes the extra mile to deliver the best outcomes. His excellent customer service, knowledge of real estate, finance broking market and his honest approach aside, his willingness to work diligently in finding the most competitive and relevant solution based on a client’s needs, while assisting and guiding them through the entire process, as first-time or seasoned investors, Shail is also one of the founder members of the Council of Indian Australians - a community organisation since 2010 serving the Indian Australian diaspora.
